Fernando Duclaud Leroux

Fernando Duclaud Leroux graduated in 1998 from the college of law at Universidad Intercontinental (UIC). His thesis was entitled "Propuesta de reforma al artículo 153 de la Ley de la Propiedad Industrial" (“Proposed Reform of Article 153 of the Law of Industrial Property). He has received diverse recognitions, and has attended various seminars, in the areas of intellectual property and trade secrets, both in Mexico and abroad.
Additionally, over a four year period, Mr. Duclaud occupied several positions in the intellectual property division of the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property), such as supervisor of departmental coordination of inspection and oversight, and concluding his role in the Institute as the supervisor of departmental coordination of cancellation and expiration Mexico, 1998.
